TZN口-40.5 series fixed sealed pole column type indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, which can be used with TKYN61-40.5 switchgear, is the latest type of supply and distribution equipment of 40.5KV voltage system at present. The product conforms to GB1984 standard.
Design feature
The circuit breaker organically combines the fixed sealed pole column and the one-piece modular integrated mechanism, which is different from the open type vacuum circuit breaker and the insulated simple type vacuum circuit breaker;
- The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and conductive loop are connected with epoxy resin and sealed into pole column by special process.
- Then the circuit breaker is assembled with modular integrated mechanism
- With excellent mechanical and electrical performance, it represents the advanced world’s medium-voltage vacuum circuit breaker design and manufacturing level.
- The circuit breaker has three installation modes: fixed type, mid-set type and ground type, which are very convenient to realize reliable “five guard” interlocking. It can be directly installed in all types of fixed switchgear, removable switchgear and floor switchgear.
Design feature
The design of TZN□-40.5 type fixed sealed pole column takes full account of the requirements of Chinese market and some special regions. Taking advantage of solid insulation and advanced APG process, it organically combined the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, main conductive loop and insulation support into an integrated solid – sealed pole column. This not only simplifies the ole column assembly process, preventing the connection bolts of the conductive loop of vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber from loosening due to vibration during operation and improving reliability, but also eliminates the reduction of the insulation level caused by the operating environment of the vacuum arc-extinguishing outdoor surface causing the accident of the flashing of the vacuum interrupter in the open state of the vacuum interrupter. Therefore, the pole column is completely maintenance-free within the service life of the circuit breaker. Meanwhile, the fixed insulation of the circuit breaker replaces the need of SF6 gas as external insulation to a certain extent, so it is more environmentally friendly and it represents the advanced level of design and manufacture of medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker in the world today
